*Template DNA
- Animal genomic DNA : 10 ~ 50 ng (35 ~ 40 cycle), 50 ~ 200 ng (25 ~ 35 cycle)
- Bacterial genomic DNA : 1 ~ 5 ng (30 ~ 35 cycle), 10 ~ 50 ng (20 ~ 25 cycle)
- Plasmid and lamda DNA : 1 ~ 5 ng (20 ~ 30 cycle)

Cation : Uni pfu DNA polymerase must be added after adding dNTP mixture into a tube. When there is no dNTP mixture in a tube, primer may be digested by the 3’ to 5’ exonuclease activity of Uni PyroMax polymerase.
